If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods. Goods must arrive back to us within 14 days in their original, unopened packaging. Returns P&P costs are non refundable, and we will not be liable for any loss of goods being returned. We recommend appropriate insurances are in place.
A full refund / exchange will be given on any faulty items sent to you. Claims will only be settled after the faulty goods have been returned with nature of the fault clearly stated.
Any goods that are returned incomplete such as items missing will not be replaced and no refund will be given. Any goods found to have been used will also not be replaced or refunded.
Any claims for non-delivery must be made within 30 days of purchase. Any claims for shortages must be made within 2 days of delivery. No claims will be considered after this time.

UK Mainland Shipping Only. For postage rates outside of UK Mainland please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org. If you order and your delivery address is outside of UK mainland, you will be contacted and refunded accordingly. Standard P&P is £2.50 unless otherwise stated. Free P&P over £30.00. Deliveries will be made either by Royal Mail or Hermes and will be at the discretion of Dragon's Paper Craft.
